'2017 Chinese Film Festival in Hungary' to Open in Budapest

'2017 Chinese Film Festival in Hungary' will be held in Budapest, Hungary. The event will be held from April 23 to 27, and actor Jackie Chan will act as ambassador for the film festival.


The event, which will be held for the friendship between Chinese and Hungarian people, is co-hosted by the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television, the Chinese Embassy in Hungary, Hungarian Ministry of Human Resources and Hangzhou Jiaping Films Co., Ltd.

And excellent Chinese films such as ‘Kung Fu Yoga’, ‘Xuan Zang’, ‘Operation Mekong’, ‘Book of Love’, and ‘Mountains May Depart’ will be screened.


Hangzhou Jiaping Films Co., Ltd., the first joint venture with a European country, conveyed a message of hope wishing the festival will become a good opportunity for Hungarian audiences to understand Chinese culture and people’s life.
