[by Ent team] BlackPink’s new album track list was released.

YG Entertainment announced the poster which contains the track list of all songs for new EP album ‘KILL THIS LOVE’ through its official blog on Apr. 1, 2019. BlackPink in the poster shows the strong girl crush attractiveness with the ethnic pattern look.

This teaser officially announced that BlackPink’s new EP album would be released on the midnight (0 o’clock) on Apr. 5, 2019. It was an unpublished rule that the new song would be released at 6:00 pm since the renovation of Korea’s song ranking chart. But, as for BlackPink album, the sale will start at the midnight. This was decided at the request of US Universal Music Group in order to aim at not only Korean market but also the global market.

This time BlackPink’s title song ‘KILL THIS LOVE’ has focused on the strong lead brass and grandiose drum sound. On top of that, the members’ rap and vocal are harmonized with them to clearly show the BlackPink’s own unique music color.

TEDDY and the best producers who have cooperated since BlackPink’s debut have once again gathered for this project. The lyric for KILL THIS LOVE was written by TEDDY and Bekuh BOOM while the composition was made by TEDDY, R.TEE, 24, and Bekuh BOOM.

Especially, subsequent to the title song ‘KILL THIS LOVE’, the song “Don’t Know What to Do” was described as the sub title song. This song is impressive as it starts with the slow and fantastic refrain and then have explosive drum part, thus showing the perfect and well-organized song. Its dim and sad lyrics will attract your minds.

On the other hand, BlackPink starts to sell its album ‘KILL THIS LOVE’ on Apr. 4 and appear on the stage ‘Coachella Festival’ which is the largest music festival in US on 12th and 19th. Starting in Los Angles on 17, they would start on North American tour which would be held in 6 cities for 8 performances to meet the world fans. (photo by YG Entertainment)
